"They did not have the reserved moving truck and trailer that was reserved 41 days prior. My husband waited nearly four hours for them to retrieve the moving truck, which was reserved as diesel (listed as the only type of 26' truck). He was given a gas moving truck, which cost us several hundred dollars more for our move. He had to drive an hour across town to another Budget location to obtain the trailer that was reserved. When calling customer service, the individual, Caesar (employee ID V142731), said this was what we agree led to in the terms and conditions and if we wanted to speak to a supervisor, they could call us back in 48 hours.\n\nHighly recommend going elsewhere. You won't end up saving money with Budget as a "cheaper" option."

"I live three miles from their downtown location and 3 miles from Gahanna. They claim that although I'm 'in Columbus,' they don't serve my area. They should update their website to say they only serve 'parts of Columbus.' That would be more accurate and would not have caused me to waste my time."
